Hire a Hand Up Participant
The people we serve come from all walks of life. We work with families and individuals, people with disabilities, veterans, folks with advanced degrees… and a whole lot of people with a whole lot of talent. The Hand Up program empowers participants to find work and escape homelessness — but broader than that, the program strengthens our community. We provide the people we serve with the opportunities to share their skills and passions in the workplace, and you — the businesses and the community-at-large — benefit from those contributions.
Are you a business owner or manager, or are you connected to someone who is? Join us! Hand Up hiring partners are not required to hire Hand Up program participants. Rather, we provide our hiring partners with options: pre-screened, potential employees who are ready to work.
